Features

  • Expands robot workspace: This product carries a robot for up and down reciprocating motion and can program the trajectory of any effective position according to process requirements. It greatly expands the effective workspace of a single robot, achieving full-range automatic spraying of large and complex workpieces with a small number of robots.
  • Dust-resistant: This product can be used in dusty environments and is resistant to dust. There is no risk of dust entering and jamming the system.
  • Saves energy in powder room system ventilation: The robot carried by the product is an explosion-proof series robot, and is integrated into the powder room. The robot bracket has a small width and does not occupy the system ventilation volume, avoiding the need for large openings for robot spraying in the conventional solution, which results in a large ventilation volume in the powder room system. This greatly reduces the required cost of the powder room system ventilation configuration.
  • Clean environment: The opening of the powder room system used in conjunction with this product is very small, and the powder is not easily spilled out of the robot opening, making the spraying environment clean.
